Jesus our Christ - Easter Sunday

Today we celebrated Easter Sunday together as one big church family.

We finished up the morning with our AR Lego themed Easter trail.

Today we took part in Communion and spent time together as a church family in remembrance of Jesus and what he gave for us.

Family Activity: Ask your kids the following questions;

1. What are some special meals your family share together?

2. Do you know what happened at the Last Supper?

3. What does the name of Jesus mean to you?

4. What did Jesus say the bread and cup represent? (Jesus body and Jesus blood.)

5. When Jesus is called ‘Christ’ what does that name mean? (Anointed one.)

6. What other names for Jesus describe your relationship with Him? (Friend, Saviour, Healer, Lord, King.) 

Pray Together

Dear God, Thank You for sending Jesus to die on the cross and rise again so we could be forgiven. This Easter help us to remember Jesus and what He has done for each one of us. In Jesus’ name, Amen
