Shift Fridays 2026 Registration

A new year requires a new registration form so if your child plans to come back to Shift Fridays (for Grades 5&6) in 2026 please complete this form.

Please note, if your child is attending Shift and PenCC Kids then only a Shift form is required.

Shift will resume Friday 13th Feb 2026
